Cayan was rooted in São Paulo and since 2018 living in Porto, Portugal, with a love for travel, tech, food, and global affairs.

Graduated in International Relations, he’s fascinated by how politics and culture shape the world—whether it’s debating foreign policy or discovering local customs in a new country.

Travel is his biggest passion. From backpacking through Europe to exploring hidden spots in the Middle East or Southeast Asia, he believes the best way to understand the world is to experience it firsthand.

But nothing brings people together like food. He loves cooking—especially italian dishes that reminds him of home and recipes he learned abroad. A perfect day? Making humus for friends while arguing about the latest international conflicts or football match (Dá-lhe porco!).

When not traveling or in the kitchen, he works in tech, always looking for ways to connect people across borders—both online and offline.
